Dr. Buehler’s journey toward excellence in oral and maxillofacial surgery began with his passion for biology. In 1984, he graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, laying the foundation for his future accomplishments. His commitment to education and continuous learning led him to Farleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in 1988.
Dr. Buehler completed a demanding residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Medical Center in New York City, where his dedication and leadership abilities were recognized as he served as Chief Resident for two years. In 1994, he further honed his expertise through a fellowship in Otolaryngology at the same medical center. To broaden his medical knowledge, Dr. Buehler obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1996.
